Strongs have worked closely with their suppliers to manufacture a range of light weight plastics
which are perfectly suited for the fabrication of heavy duty shelving and stowage of equipment.

Utilities companies and other orgnisations that operate in remote locations and inclement weather
conditions can take an especially heavy toll on both their equipment and its stowage. Our Plastics
are Water Proof and do not rot. They are very inert to chemicals, especially Acid and Alkaline
product which are normally difficult to store.
There are two huge additional advantages to our Plastic Shelving and Racking:-
Weight. – We can usually save between 50 to 60% of weight when compared to traditional metal
and wood Racking systems.
Noise. – Plastic Absorbs Vibration and in the van conversions we have supplied into our customers,
the overwhelming benefit to the user was without doubt the reduction in noise from the parts and
tools stored in their vans.
